Did we mess up? We'll fix it. Is something broken? We'll replace it. Changed your mind? Let's talk about it.
Just shoot us an email at barelyonbrand@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll get back to you when we're not elbow-deep in product development (or actually making dinner). Usually within 48 hours.
No need for complicated forms or shipping manifestos. We trust you, so please trust us back. We built this business for fun, not because we wanted to argue about shipping costs or whether "slightly used" still qualifies for a refund.
